Customers Fault Description : Cable frayed and remote not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Controller for a chair arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a badly damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind), then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
