Not operating roller brake tester.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Brake roller tester remote controler arrived safely and on testing was found to heat up batteries when inserted and the remote would not transmit.  The battery cable / clip was found to be modified which was shorting the contacts intermittently.

A replacement battery cable / clip was fitted which restored full functionality.
