Customer's Fault Description
rc went through the washing machine. No longer operates roller shutter. Not sure if I can clone a replacement.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage roller shutter door remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its back screw.
On testing the remote was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.
As the remote is transmitting at the required 433Mhz this item has been classed as no fault found. It may be that the remote and receiver have unpaired. The customer is to try to pair the remote with the receiver (this is something we cannot do as it needs to be in the vicinity of the receiver).
Please note that we recommend two CR2016 Energizer batteries in these remotes as Duracell can cause issues.
