Customer's Fault Description
Lead came off battery conector wich I re-solderd back on. When battery re-inserted the charge level display shows “low level” and remote will not function.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a erroneous battery indicator and damaged battery cable.

The voltage regulator and battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
