Customers Fault Description : Remote control is very temperamental and doesn’t work correctly
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on opening was found to have a large mass of contamination corrosion on both sides of the PCB with most of the components being corroded (see images). Unfortunately due to the amount of damage a repair is sadly not possible.
As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
