Customers Fault Description : Looks as though all the metal battery terminals had corroded

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Truma remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead due to badly corroded battery terminals from a battery leak.

All terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
