HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : Had engineer examine chair and said issue is with remote. Described buttons being trapped.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This recliner remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have "sticky" buttons. This was due to decomposing button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under each button.
One of the LEDs was also found to have blown, a replacement was fitted.
