Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons working. When you press normally a red light indicates it works. Maybe battery slot is problem
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This M3 Fan remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening on of the solder joints for the positive terminal was cracked causing an open circuit. The solder was reworked which restored full functionality.
