Customers Fault Description : The two bottom buttons on the remote do not work only when pressed extremely hard

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This recliner remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
