Customer's Fault Description
Not operating rollers at all. If you disconnect it and re connect it, it'll beep once then nothing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Commercial brake rollers remote control arrived safely and on inspection the mounting pins for the PCB and case were all broke internally.  On testing the remote was found to be intermittent.

The main IC was re-seated and cleaned using deoxit and then the battery cable replaced.  This restored full functionality on all buttons.

The mounting pins were all glued and reinforced with hot glue.
