Sherbourne Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Sherbourne
Customers Fault Description : The cable sheath on both sofa recliner controllers is disintegrating including on the springy coil parts. 6 cores of wiring now exposed. Both need Rewiring please. These units plug in to the actuator mechanism under the sofa.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two Sofa recliner remote controls arrived safely and on inspection were both confirmed to have damaged cable.
Replacement straight long cables were fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
