Customer's Fault Description
The cable sheath on both sofa recliner controllers is disintegrating including on the springy coil parts. 6 cores of wiring now exposed. Both need Rewiring please. These units plug in to the actuator mechanism under the sofa.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two Sofa recliner remote controls arrived safely and on inspection were both confirmed to have damaged cable.

Replacement straight long cables were fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
