McHale Wrapper Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : McHale Wrapper
Customers Fault Description : The remote broke previously and started working but stopped again.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Bale wrapper remote arrived safely and on testing was dead wit hits provided battery, when the battery was replaced the remote was found to be transmitting without a button being pressed (draining the battery).
This was due to a short within the button array, one of the bottom right buttons was also found to be non responsive. The button facia was reworked which restored full functionality.
The supplied battery was disposed of as it was totally drained, the customer will need to get a replacement battery on return, please don't insert any battery that has previously in this remote as it too will be drained.
