Customer's Fault Description
My Dunlopillo Vibraform remote has recently stopped working. I have tried replacing the batteries with new ones, but the remote still does not function, leading me to believe there may be a fault with the wiring. I came across your website and noticed that you have successfully repaired the same type of remote before (as referenced on your site here: remotefixer.co.uk/repair-12890.html).
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric bed remote controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a missing battery termninal. This would make the remote dead and unable to power up.
Instead of refitting a terminal of the original kind a battery cable / clip was fitted instead as the original terminals are unreliable (see image).
Full functionality was restored.
