Customer's Fault Description
The remote has suddenly stopped working. It may just need a new battery but I cannot get it unscrewed. Front flap is loose but it has worked despite this in the past.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote fob arrived safely and on testing was found to have no signal.
When opened the battery was found to be almost dead. Once a replacement Duracell battery was fitted the remote sprang to normal life.
We are not charging for a repair in this instance, instead we have increased the postage charge to cove the supplied battery, the remote will be returned with a brand new Duracell battery installed.
