Customer's Fault Description
Hand set turns on, press backward button both motor movers rotate, press the backwards right button the offside motor mover rotates. Press any other button nothing happens.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Motor mover remote arrive safely and was confirmed to have some non functioning directional buttons. When opened the edge connector for the button facia was found to be partly detached.  This was reattached and secured which restored full functionality.
