Tempur System Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Tempur System
Customers Fault Description : The unit is no longer working the light does not show in top left corner. No response from any of the buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Tempur Wired Controller arrived safely and on opening a complete component and cable test was carried out with not issues being found.
The cable was stress tested but again no intermittent breaks could be found.
The contacts were cleaned using Deoxit and reassembled. The customer is to re-test the item on return if the issue still is present it is possible that the issue is the control unit that the remote plugs into.
