Pure D4 Evoke Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Will not switch the radio on, I have tried a new battery without success. Radio works when manually switching it on
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Radio remote arrive safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation on all buttons.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
The code being transmitted was tested also and confirmed to be correct for all buttons.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
An Energizer CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted to eliminate the possibility of an issue with the customers batteries.
If the issue persists it could be an issue with the infra red receiver part of the radio itself.
