Customer's Fault Description
The remote control does not broadcast an IR signal. I took the remote apart, cleaned all of the rubber contacts, verified battery voltage. I pulled out my old digital camera to see if the IR is broadcasting (it is not).
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Reproduction Wurlitzer 1015 Jukebox remote control arrived safely from the United States and on testing was found to be dead.

The oscillator and IR LED were both replaced which restored full functionality.
