Customer's Fault Description
Remote Control is not working. No light when buttons are pushed and not connecting with the blind motor. New batteries have been fitted and the remote still does not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Thomas Sanderson Blinds remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the negative terminal was found to be contaminated from a battery leak, the terminal was cleaned of all contaminates which restored full functionality.
