Bose RC-X35L Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Won't power up

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Bose remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a common issue whereby a 1R SMD shatters causing an open circuit.  The SMD was replaced which restored full functionality.
