Quattro Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Quattro
Customers Fault Description : Reverse and adjoining side button presumed as cause of not activating the caravan mover in these directions. Quattro tech suggested that 'There’s a copper railing which connects those two buttons and when that goes funky it’s a common issue for both those buttons to go at the same time!'
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrive safely and on testing was found to have a couple of non responsive directional buttons.
This was found to be due to corrosion in the print from a battery leak. The print was reworked which restored full functionality
