JVC Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : JVC
Customers Fault Description : remote not working even though batteries have been changed. Possibly an on/off switch issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This JVC TV Remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not respond to any button.
The remote was "reset" as per the instructions here - https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1950845/Jvc-Rm-C3253.html#manual
This restored full functionality to the remote, the customer "might" need to now pair the remote with the TV on return.
We are not charging for a repair in this case as it was a simple reset.
