remote not working even though batteries have been changed. Possibly an on/off switch issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This JVC TV Remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not respond to any button.

The remote was "reset" as per the instructions here -  https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1950845/Jvc-Rm-C3253.html#manual

This restored full functionality to the remote, the customer "might" need to now pair the remote with the TV on return.


We are not charging for a repair in this case as it was a simple reset.
