Customer's Fault Description
When buttons on remote pressed, RED LED lights up but the receiver LED does not light or respond to signal. Borrowed a remote and the fire works correctly which indicates it’s the remote that’s faulty.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Logic HE Gas Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty US transducer, once replaced full functionality was restored.
