Customers Fault Description : When buttons on remote pressed, RED LED lights up but the receiver LED does not light or respond to signal. Borrowed a remote and the fire works correctly which indicates it’s the remote that’s faulty.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Logic HE Gas Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal on any button press.
This was due to a faulty US transducer, once replaced full functionality was restored.
