Dimplex electric fire Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dimplex

Model : electric fire

Customers Fault Description : Nothing is working on the fire via the remote, it was fine last year when we last used it

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

The terminals had signs of a battery leak.  The terminals were etched clean and recoated using SCP.  Full functionality was restored.
