Flavel Calibre Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No power in remote despite changing batteries. Fire works ok.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead. Unfortunately when opened it was found that this remote has suffered corrosion from a battery leak.  As the button array is inbuilt to the PCB on these remotes once they suffer a battery leak a repair is sadly not possible.

As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
