Flavel Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Flavel
Customers Fault Description : Holding the remote control brings on the green “Unlock” symbol but no other buttons work. When putting the remote down, the green led stays on permanently. The fire ignites perfectly when operated on it’s local controls.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have an erratic button response. Unfortunately with this remote the button contacts are part of the PCB itself which makes replacing buttons impossible and a complete PCB would be required which are not available as spares.
