Customer's Fault Description
Not working after being sat for a year. The battery is brand new what is in it. Please can you supply a back battery cover if can be repaired.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to be missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On testing the remote was dead and the LED was missing. The LED was replaced as well as the oscillator. Ful functionality was restored.
