Customer's Fault Description
Button for footrest operation faulty, has left the footrest unable to be retracted.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a large amount of contamination over the PCB and cracked solder joints as a result (see image)
The print was cleaned, and the solder reflowed.
A component test was carried out as well as a cable test with no further issues found.
