Customer's Fault Description
The + buttons on both of the controls are not working. Looks like they have been used a lot, but each control has only lasted no more then 2 years.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Extractor fan remote controls arrived safely and on inspection both had cracked vinyl covers but when tested both were found to be functioning as normal on all buttons. The remote that was sent with the batteries included was found to have dead batteries where the remote would shut off after a button press due to having very low power. Once new batteries were inserted the remote was found to function as normal, the top button must be pressed in the centre due to the cracked vinyl, but it will work and isn't a fault (see images)
