Customer's Fault Description
Will power up only 2 left buttons working if you try to use up or down or right side buttons shuts the remote down
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have erratic button functionality.
On opening there was a SMD transistor which appeared to have contamination over its pins (see image). This was all cleared which when restored normal functionality.
