Customer's Fault Description
Unit works fine most of time. Then the green light goes off and it does not respond. Moving switch on/off a few times and it's working again. Then sometimes it does not turn off. The green light stays on, so I have to remove a battery. Cleaned battery contacts and sprayed it with switch cleaner but still same. On/off switch seems a bit stiff at times.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrive safely and on testing was found to have a non-responsive switch.  The switch was replaced which restored full functionality.
