Customer's Fault Description
Not turning up or down flames. I changed the battery with no effect and there an ominous rattle in it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on both the up and down channel.
The remote would work with our test receiver with no issues being found.
The "rattle "is just the button caps in the case rattling, this is normal. The remote was opened to check for foreign objects just in case but none were found.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue is most likely with the receiver itself.
