Remote Fixer Repair Response

This CCTV monitor remote control arrived safely and on initial testing was found to send an erratic signal.  This was due to the battery used.  Once an Energizer battery was fitted normal functionality was resumed.  The battery was swapped a few times and each time the symptoms returned with the cheap battery.

The customer is to test the remote with a CR2025 Energizer battery on return.
