Westin Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Westin

Customers Fault Description : The remote is unable to turn on the extractor's fan or the light. It also can't reset itself by following the instruction in the manual. Would like to make sure the remote work properly before calling for repair of the extractor itself.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press and the code being transmitted is consistent with this model.

Unfortuantely as it is transmitting this item is clased as no fault found.  The customer is to test the remote on return with a brand new quality 12v battery.

Please note that not all of these remotes go into "pairing" model as per the instructions.
