Customer's Fault Description
The remote will not operate the receiver on my fire place which sends a small current to a motor that turns the gas valve. I have checked the battery in the remote. The led lights up when pushing the buttons but it doesn’t transmit to the receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was fond not to be transmitting a signal.
This was a common fault caused by a faulty transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
