Customers Fault Description : plug on connector has broken and is lost
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the plug was missing from the end of the cable. Unfortunately there is no way to know which wire goes to which pint on a replacement plug.
The control was on hold until a similar remote arrives for repair so that a side by side comparison could be made to safely rewired a new cable but so far a similar remote has not yet arrived.
The customer has requested the remote be returned therefore the payment button on this page is for the return postage and packing cost.
When another remote of this exact type does arrive the customer shall be contacted in case they wish to return the remote for a replacement cable fitting.
