Remote and receiver<br /><br />
It only works when you’re about 2 to 5 cm away from the fire receiver with the remote when sitting in the chair it will not work we have change the batteries and still not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace control and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was transmitting as per normal but the receiver had limited range response. This was found to be due to a faulty transducer in the receiver itself.
This transducer was replaced which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the remote itself.
