Customers Fault Description : 2 x Handsets Both handsets in working order. The outer cable has perished on both handsets.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

These two chair controllers arrived safely and on inspection both were found to have badly damaged cables.  Both cables were replaced with 1.5 meter straight cables.
