Bose RC-9 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bose
Model : RC-9
Customers Fault Description : The buttons work intermittently. Battery connections are faulty. I use the remote flat, without moving for best result. But now seems to have given up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Bose controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent response and also some buttons were very sluggish.
The intermittent response was due to poor terminal connections, there were reworked which restored proper power. The sluggish buttons were fitted with replacement button caps which then replenished their response.
