Customer's Fault Description
Remote handset G30 ZRHD x2 - the top button to start fire/increase flames won’t work. Yet the bottom button to decrease/turn off fire operating fine and sending signal to G30 ZRRS receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These remotes and receiver arrived safely and on testing one of the remotes was found to be transmitting as per normal. The other was missing the down channel. This was due to a faulty 40khz crystal in the handset this was replaced which restored response on our testing receiver.
The receiver was also found not to respond on the up channel. This was due to a faulty 40.5khz crystal. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
