Customer's Fault Description
Remote stopped working recently, I have replaced the batteries CR2032 3V x 2. Extractor is operational on a manual basis.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gutmann extractor remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On opening there was some contamination over the button array, this contamination was shorting out some contacts meaning there was no button response.  The contamination was cleared and full functionality was restored.
