Customer's Fault Description
Remote appears to be working but does not ignite the fire. A technician stated the control box may be broken. This control box is no longer sold. Gazco part EL0359. Or Copreci UCMB22600 80897623
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote itself was found not to be transmitting an RF signal.
This was due to a small corrosion point on the RF board in the remote which is very common. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
The receiver could not be tested in situe as we don't have a fire system to plug it into but luckily the remote was found to be at fault.
