Customer's Fault Description
Touch screen has a crack and does not acknowledge when you press anything so it only lights up briefly when you plug in the charger. Don’t care if it need actual buttons sticking in it or how it looks or cost just needs to work also don’t need the torch bit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and charger arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a cracked screen / touchscreen.
On opening there was sadly no way to bypass the touchscreen and the only possible repair would be to replace the touch screen / display assembly but sadly these are not available as spares. This has made a repair not possible.
