Volume button is not working and it is disattached. Can you check if remote works properly.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Marantz remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged button array as the volume buttons were detached.

The contacts were also worn, replacement conductive caps were fitted and the buttons glued back into place which restored full functionality.  Every button was then found to be functioning as normal.
