Adjustamatic Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Adjustamatic
Customers Fault Description : The wires are so loose I’m not sure if they’re fixable. - it’s intermittent sometimes the light comes on and I can adjust my bed for a second but they soon shut off again, moving the wire around can make the difference with it being on and off too. It’s the wiring I think.
But I’m trying as I have restricted mobility and need to raise my legs
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two controllers arrived safely and on inspection one was found to have a badly damaged cable and when opened was full of contamination inside. This control cannot be repaired due to the amount of damage.
The other controller was opened and the plug for the cable was found t obe half hanging off the socket, the plug was re-seated firmly back in place and hot melted to prevent it coming away again. The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
