Dimplex Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Dimplex
Customers Fault Description : No longer will turn the fire off. Has problems in not always turning fire on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Dimplex control arrived and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive buttons.
When opened there was a large amount of contamination over the button array causing a resistance. The PCB and button array was cleared of all contaminants which restored Full functionality.
