Hunter Stoves Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Hunter Stoves

Customers Fault Description : Was working fine but been dropped Screen is blank and red wire disconnected from battery terminal Battery is old but still has power

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Hunter Stoves remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery cable and as a result was dead.

The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality. 

Please note that if a battery is old it is recommended to always insert new batteries upon return.
