remote control was dropped and now something is rattling inside. No functionality at all. replaced batteries just to make sure. still no luck
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely and on inspection did have a strange rattle and was intermittent in transmission.
On opening the two "weight" bars were found to have come loose from the back casing and were rattling around inside. There was also a break in the print near the IR led. The print was reworked and the weights hot glued firmly back into place. When re-tested the control world as per normal functionality.
