HSL Recliner chair Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The fault is as another repair on your website in that one of the buttons is very stiff, bottom right.

This Celebrity chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the hidden screw was exposed meaning that someone had at least tried to open this device prior to arrival with us.  On opening there was some carbon flakes over the button array (possibly from an attempted repair that had failed!) also strangely there was a silver "star" sticker stuck to the PCB (see images).

The contacts on the button pads were found to be worn and high in resistance.  Replacement button pads were glued into place.
