Customer's Fault Description
This FT2 sensor lost the display about a year ago, but all the control buttons still functioned. Recently after being dropped on the floor the control buttons stopped working. The battery compartment and contacts are a poor feature of the control - we have checked it a number of times this time but with no luck.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Keyton remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the screen connectors we found to be cracked and shorted. The screen was realigned and glued into place which restored the screen and signal (see testing video)
It may be that this remote requires pairing with its respective chair (please consult the chairs instructions for pairing details)
